Kuvira Beauty Return & Refund Policy

At Kuvira Beauty, we are committed to providing high-quality products while maintaining strict hygiene standards. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final and non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Policy
All wigs, hair extensions, and related products are non-refundable and non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

Exceptions for Returns & Refunds
Returns may only be considered under the following limited circumstances:

  1. Product Condition Requirement
    The item must be:
    • Unused and unwashed
    • In its original packaging
    • Unaltered in any way (including but not limited to cutting, coloring, installing, or removing lace)
  2. Incorrect Item Received
    If you received the wrong product, you may be eligible for a return and refund or exchange.

Return Request Process

  • All return requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at support@kuvirabeauty.com with your order number and supporting details/photos.

Inspection & Approval
All returned items will be thoroughly inspected upon receipt.

  • If the product meets the return criteria, a refund may be issued to the original payment method.
  • If the product does not meet the required conditions, it will be returned to the customer and no refund will be issued.

Additional Notes

  • Kuvira Beauty reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet the above conditions.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
