All Sales Final


Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all wigs and hair
extensions are non-returnable and non-refundable once used. By
completing a purchase with KUVIRA LLC, you acknowledge and
agree to this policy.

Eligibility for Returns

We only accept returns under the following limited circumstances:

You received the wrong product, or

The product arrived defective or damaged

If either situation applies, you must contact us within three (3) days
of confirmed delivery at Support@Kuvirabeauty.com. Failure
to notify us within this timeframe will void eligibility for a return
or refund.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund, all returned items must meet all of the
following conditions:

Hair must be unwashed, unused, and unaltered

Product must be intact and in its original packaging

All original tags, seals, and accessories must be included

Product must be returned within the approved return window after authorization


Inspection Process

All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt.
If, upon inspection, the product is found to have been used, worn,
washed, altered, or tampered with in any way, the return will be
rejected, and:

The product will be shipped back to you at your expense

No refund will be issued

Refund Processing

If the returned product passes inspection and meets all eligibility
requirements:

A refund will be issued to the original payment method with in 3-7 business days

Shipping costs are non-refundable

Refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution


Unauthorized Returns
Returns sent without prior approval or that do not meet the conditions
outlined above will not be accepted and will be returned to the
customer.

By placing an order with Kuvira LLC, you confirm that you have read,
